The Role at a Glance
As a Product Designer UI/UX at Onesmile, you will be responsible to drive product innovation by creating elegant and impactful user experiences for Onesmile platform. You'll tackle complex design challenges, working on projects that have a direct impact on our customers and our business. You'll lead the design of key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams and help define the future of Onesmile branding and design guidelines.
We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and creative design, and deliver residential products to our target customer via a fantastic user experience.
What Will You Do
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
- Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and business requirements.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that showcase features functionality and appearance.
- Generate original graphic designs, including images, logos and icons.
- Present initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability challenges.
- Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images based on the company branding.
- Stay updated on industry developments to drive data-driven decision making.
What are the Requirements
- Min. 1 - 3 years of Product Design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including case studies of successful projects. Background in business-facing products would be preferred
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma and prototyping tools like Marvelapp.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing is highly valued.
- Assertive and timely in delivering multiple tasks and managing stakeholders
- Sharp and structured in defining problems and articulating decisions/design visions
- Good storytelling skills is a plus
