PT Aplikasi Kota Pintar built the OneSmile app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by PT Aplikasi Kota Pintar at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Fullname, Phone Number, Email. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

To provide and support the clubhouse facility booking feature within the OneSmile app, where a QR code is used to gain access in and out of the clubhouse gate, OneSmile may collect and process a user's face data submitted through the app.

Face data is collected when a user uses an app feature that requires facial recognition, verification, or processing. Face data is only collected for the purposes disclosed to the user and as required by the feature being used.

OneSmile does not use face data for any purpose other than those disclosed to the user.

Face data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection and use, or for as long as necessary to provide the related feature. If a user requests account deletion, face data will be removed from OneSmile's active database in accordance with our data deletion process. Backup data, if any, may still be retained for a maximum of 2 (two) years for internal purposes, after which it will be deleted or destroyed according to applicable procedures.

OneSmile does not share face data with third parties except where necessary for a purpose disclosed to the user, based on the user's consent where required, or where required by applicable law or regulation. Where face data is shared with a third party, OneSmile will ensure a written agreement is in place covering, at minimum: the purpose of use, the scope limitations of use, the obligation to keep the data confidential and secure, and the third party's obligation to use the data only for the stated purpose. The type of face data shared will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose and will be protected with appropriate security measures.

OneSmile applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect face data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or deletion. Any face data shared with third parties, if applicable, will be transmitted through protected channels and may be encrypted and/or masked as needed based on the associated level of risk.

Users may request account deletion through the menu available in the app. Once the request is approved and processed, the user's data — including any face data stored in the active database — will be deleted in accordance with OneSmile's data deletion procedure, unless retention is still required under legal obligations or permitted purposes under applicable regulations.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
